General Questions

1) Where can I buy your products?
Our products can only be purchased direct from us. Products can be be ordered on this internet site, or by phone, fax or email.

2) Do I need to have an Account?
You can apply for a Credit Account by contacting Jeanette Rae. This is best done by phone or email.

3) What are my payment options?
If you have a credit account, we supply on 30 day payment terms. You may also pay by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or EFTPOS.

4) Do you have special prices for Re-Sellers?
We offer special prices for Re-Sellers. Please contact our sales office – by phone – for details. The prices shown on this internet site are are our end user prices.

Name Tag Questions

1) Can you print my name tags for me, and how long does it take?
We can you print your name tags for you. For quantities up to 1,000 we need 24 hours to produce. For larger quantities, 48 hours is required.

2) Can I buy the holders and print my own?
If you want to save money, you can buy the holders and inserts and print your own.

3) Can you print the graphics and I print the names?
Another option is for us to print the colour graphics and you print the delegate names.

4) What type of graphic and data files do you accept?
The graphic files we need for your printed logos should be at least 300 dpi, and no smaller than the final print size. For example, a 300 dpi file that has a pixel height of 600 pixels will print 2 inches (50mm) high. We accept JPG, TIF, BMP, AI or EPS files in IBM format – Cannot accept MacIntosh files. The data files we need can be Microsoft Excel, Word or Text files.

5) What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum name tag order quantity is 25 tags. Of course, we will print smaller quantities when we print late delegate registrations for you.

6) Is there a Name Tag Artwork/Setup Fee?
We charge $50.00 setup + GST for Artwork/Setup of Name Tag jobs.

Lanyard FAQ’s

1) What is a Lanyard?
A Lanyard is a length of rope or fabric worn around the neck attached to a name tag or photo ID badge. When printed, it can be used as a promotional tool.

2) What choice of fabrics is available?
Lanyards are available in a wide range of fabrics, including, cord, herringbone, silk, webbing, polyester, rubber, etc.

3) What does “full colour lanyard printing” printing mean?
Full colour lanyard printing is achieved by using heat transfer sublimation. High quality detail is achieved, but absolute colour accuracy cannot be guaranteed

4) What does “screen printed” mean?
Screen printed lanyards are printed one colour at a time. Full colour is unavailable. Screen printing works best when the print colour and the fabric colour have a high contrast; for example black on white.

5) What does “woven” mean?
A woven lanyard is when the graphic design is woven (using fabric) into the base fabric.

6) What is your smallest lanyard order quantity?
The smallest lanyard order we accept is 20 Unprinted and 50Custom Printed. Woven lanyards available for a minimum order of 500 units

7) Can I have my choice of fittings?
You can choose the fittngs you want on your lanyard, and you can choose more than one fitting; for example break-a-way fitting with a swivel hook.

8) What type of graphic file is needed for my artwork?
The graphic files we accept are TIF, BMP, JPG, Corel Draw V8, or PhotoShop V5.5. The resolution should be at least 300 dpi.

9) How long does it take to deliver my order?
Delivery of Unprinted Lanyards is generally dispatched on the same day. Screen printed and full colour lanyards – depending on quantity – takes from 1 to 3 weeks. Woven lanyards can take 6 to 8 weeks

10) Is there a Lanyard Artwork/Setup Fee?
We charge $175 for setup of orders up to 500 units. 500 or more units have no art or setup fee.

Satchel FAQ’s


1) What lead time is required for Un-printed satchels?
Unprinted satchels are delivered within 7 days – stock permitting

2) What lead time is required for Printed satchels?
Printed satchels are delivered within 3 weeks – stock permitting

3) What is the minimum order?
A minimum order of 50 units applies to both unprinted and printed satchels.

4) What type of graphic file is needed for my artwork?
A JPEG or GIF file.

5) Is there an Artwork/Setup Fee?
The graphic files we accept are TIF, BMP, JPG, EPS, AI, Corel Draw V8, or PhotoShop V5.5. The resolution should be at least 300 dpi.

6) Can I have multi-colour printing?
Satchels are screen printed, and are available with more than one print colour. Artwork must not have any half-tones – solid graphic objects only.
